Firstly; what is “branding”? If you’re unsure what all this hype is, what it actually means and if you need to redo yours? Never fear, this blog is here!
A common misconception is that branding is just a logo and some colours - piece of cake, right? (Well, maybe if that cake was a castle with gold vanilla frosting, gluten and dairy free - then yes, it’s a piece of cake!) But in reality, it is so much more than just a paper deep design.
A brand gives people an impression and feeling about you and/or your business. Essentially it is your reputation and the core identity of your business. It’s an instantly recognisable name, term, design, symbol or feature that identifies not only your business/product, but also includes characteristics of your mission, values and legacy.
It can make people want to purchase your product, work with you or even for you! So now that we’ve established why it’s kinda a big deal; let’s get into whether your cake should become chocolate mud or stay vanilla and if now is the time…
