Longtable Group

Primary Opinion is a publicly listed company on the ASX. Primary Opinion engaged Creatik whilst undergoing a name change to Longtable Group. We were enlisted to work up a treatment of the name to be presented to the board for approval. The associations Longtable were to subsume needed to be trend-setting, so the presentation and ‘image’ needed to be modern, super cool and aimed squarely at a younger demographic.

The requirements were to design a logo treatment for the word mark, typeface alternatives for the corporate face and a single landing page design for corporate information.

We set out to indulge those with a passion for the latest trends in dining at home and turned our attention to the design and implementation of a wordmark. We explored a variety of custom typefaces, filled with edge and modern whimsy.

We landed on a clever and considered linear solution which explored negative space as much as positive. Simple, sophisticated and trend driven. We paired this logo with a thick 600gsm black cotton stock and neon orange edging for that extra ‘cool’ factor.
