You had me at first slice ❤️

Last week, we traded strategy decks for pizza boxes and colour palettes for a fun round of trivia, all in the name of reconnecting at our Valentine’s Day pizza party, "You Had Me at First Slice ❤️.”

It wasn’t extravagant, but it was exactly what we needed—a chance to share a slice, test our (surprisingly competitive) general knowledge, and, most importantly, have a laugh. Who knew the anatomy of a spider’s heart, the year Bridget Jones’s Diary was released, or the name of the crooner Lady Gaga recently collaborated with would spark such passionate debate?

It was a great reminder that sometimes, the best ideas come from the moments in between—those small but meaningful pauses that bring us together, shift our perspective, or set our minds wandering. It’s easy to get caught up in the next deadline or the next big idea, but making time to simply be together is just as important. Because at the end of the day, great work isn’t just about what we create—it’s about the culture that fuels it.

Here’s to more small moments that make a big difference.
