Why diversity matters to us

We want to share why International Women's Day matters to us. We’re a business of predominantly women, with many female clients and we’re extremely proud to work alongside such talented and inspiring women. But we recognise that equity is not a nice-to-have, it's a must-have and we need to work to remove the causes of inequality.
